Upcoming Tournaments

*SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT*

Hey guys, just need to go over some guidelines for tournaments at this time. Please be sure to address these points with your parents and any other spectators who may come. I know this is a lot, but under the circumstances, it is what it is. Please make sure everyone is respectful of all staff. We are working overtime to get you guys on the fields! Any show of disrespect, from fans, coaches or players will result in your team forfeiting the tournament, so please, go over this with your folks and leave any hard heads at home! Again, please read over this and contact me with any questions or concerns. Looking forward to getting you all back on the fields soon. Thank you.
 
WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING CHECKS AT THIS TIME. WE WILL ACCEPT CASH, OR CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.
 
 
  • AS YOUR FOLKS DRIVE IN, HAVE THEM WAIT IN THEIR CARS UNTIL THE GAME ON YOUR FIELD IS ENDING. THEN ENTER THROUGH THE OUTFIELD GATES. YOU CAN WARM UP THERE UNTIL THE OTHER TEAM CLEARS OUT. LET THE  FANS CLEAR BEFORE YOURS TAKE THEIR SEATS. 
  • SPECTATORS MAY NOT GATHER IN GROUPS ABOVE 24 PEOPLE. 
  • ALL COACHES MUST MEET WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE THE START OF YOUR FIRST GAME. YOUR GAME WILL NOT START UNTIL A HEAD COACH HAS FOUND AND MET WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR.
  • PLEASE ADVISE ALL SPECTATORS THEY WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN CHAIRS. WE WILL NOT BE ALLOWING THE USE OF BLEACHERS FOR SPECTATORS.
  • ANY ONE THAT MAY BE AT HIGH RISK OR SHOWING ANY TYPE OF SYMPTOMS WILL BE HELPING EVERYONE BY STAYING HOME!
  • WE WILL BE LIMITING THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS IN THE DUGOUTS AND HAVE AN AREA WHERE PART OF THE TEAM CAN WAIT OUTSIDE THE DUGOUTS. WE ADVISE BRINGING A TENT TO COVER THOSE OUTSIDE THE DUGOUT.
  • PLEASE REFRAIN FROM HANDSHAKES, CHEST BUMPS, SPITTING, SEEDS AND DIP/CHEWING TOBACCO.
  • IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THERE IS NO SHARED EQUIPMENT. EACH PLAYER SHOULD USE THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT. IF BATS OR ANYTHING HAS TO BE SHARED, PLEASE BRING SANITIZING WIPES TO CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT BETWEEN PLAYERS.
  • WE ASK THAT EACH TEAM HAS A DESIGNATED INDIVIDUAL TO MONITOR BOTH THE PLAYERS AND FANS TO HELP MAINTAIN THEIR SOCIAL DISTANCING AND LIMIT THE # OF PEOPLE GATHERING.
  • NO WATER COOLERS. COOLERS FOR DRINKS ARE FINE, BUT NO COMMUNAL COOLERS WITH CUPS.
  •  NO COMMUNAL MEALS
  • AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE COACH AFTER, TO GIVE TO THEIR PLAYERS
  • 1 PERSON IN RESTROOMS AT A TIME, UNLESS A CHILD ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
  • 1 REPRESENTATIVE AT THE PLATE MEETING. MAINTAIN 6'
  • CLEAN OUT YOUR DUGOUTS AFTER EACH OF YOUR GAMES
  • IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU SANITIZE YOUR DUGOUT BEFORE ANYONE ENTERS.
  • RESTROOMS WILL BE CHECKED AND/OR CLEANED EVERY 30MINS.
  • NO SEATING TO EAT.
  • CONCESSIONS WILL BE MARKED OFF EVERY 6'.

13U & 14U: SPRING/SUMMER UNLIMITED - $1,750        3 TOURNAMENTS - $850      OR      4 TOURNAMENTS - $1050   (EXCLUDES SUMMER CHAMPIONSHIPS) 

15U: SPRING/SUMMER UNLIMITED - $2,200                    3 TOURNAMENTS - $1,150   OR      4 TOURNAMENTS - $1,450  (EXCLUDES SUMMER CHAMPIONSHIPS)
